Our Facilities
Yaroad have been regonize as good custom clothing customed with passed numerous third-party audits. It constantly ensure that our facilities have safe, ethical working conditions as well as advanced machines for clothing production.
Our factories have invested more than 250 automatic machines which perform a variety of tasks, including automatic cutting, sewing, pattern making, digital printing, pocket open and button hole.
Yaroad is a Full Service Private Label Clothing Manufacturer. We provide costing for the complete making of given style / design which includes every single services / work we foresee to make the garment. There are roughly 25 different kind of clothing production procedure which require to do, to produce a clothing such as – pattern making, sourcing, grading size, marking, cost of material, washing, ironing, layering, buttoning, cutting, sewing, finishing, quality control, packing and dispatch.
Hence practically it is not possible to give you the detailing of each cost; neither we offer any service separately. Our production price will be inclusive of everything except shipping (ex-factory / FOB price). We send you “ready to sell” garment neatly packed in a transparent poly bag with your custom label, size label and tag. You can simply send it to your customer or put into your store for sale!
If custom fabrics are needed a minimum of 4-5 weeks to produce customed fabrics before any production is started. If this is your first production run we HIGHLY recommend using available in-stock fabrics. We have access to millions of yards of fabric here and relationships with 70+ mills and suppliers. This will get you to market faster and save you meaningful money.
1.We need to take the sample charge USD 50-100 per style, it can return after Placing an Order.
2. It can finish the samples after receiving the sample making requirements within 1-2 weeks.
Our Minimum Order Quantity for production of most styles is 300 units per style/color. Garment complexity, as well as the availability of fabric desired, are other things that influence minimums. Send in a finished sample as well as order information for a quick quote from us ! Yaroad clothing is also small batch clothing manufacturer.
Apparel put in a poly bag with main label, size label and hangtag. We will supply poly bags and shipping boxes.
Knits, wovens and Intimates. This includes bsports clothing, T-shirts, hoodies, dress We don’t currently manufacture jeans, socks, hats, shoes or accessories.

- Once we know exactly what you will be producing we provide a quote and lead times.
- You pay 30% deposit for your order.
- We source materials for approval from you; or you source material by yourselves.
- Materials are ordered.
- We make PPS (Pre Production Samples) for approval.

- Remaining 70% of balance is due upon delivery of your produce.
Yes. Simply tell us what you want or send us a sample. We source elastics, ribbons, zippers, snaps, tapes, buttons etc. Bear in mind that customized findings such as printed neck tape or printed elastic have very high minimums. Zipper minimums are 100 per required length.
No. We do not warehouse or offer multiple drop ships for a single bulk order. We will ship the entire order to one destination of your choice.
